Geraldine is a very accomplished coaching supervisor who has committed heavily to her own personal and professional development. We have commissioned her to offer coaching supervision on the Advance Coach training programmes for a number of years and the feedback we get is very positive. She builds rapport quickly, works diligently to develop coach capacity and at all times has a keen eye on ethical standards and best service for the client. I would recommend her highly and we will continue to avail of her services on current and future programmes.

Within a short time of meeting Geraldine, I knew it was going to be a supportive, collaborative partnership. Geraldine has a unique, holistic, challenging yet empathetic style, which though active listening, guidance and advice, supports me and keeps me accountable to my coachees and their outcomes. Since our first meeting whilst undertaking ILM training as a Life and Executive Coach with Advance Coaching Geraldine has continued to offer me professional support with establishing a pilot coaching programme with Choice Housing which ensures effectiveness in my coaching practice by scheduling regular protected time for interactive reflection, interpretive evaluation and the sharing of expertise. Geraldine has also offered guidance in relation to the Accreditation process. Through my supervision experience with Geraldine, I now understand why Supervision is a must for every coach who is serious about their professional and personal development.
Monica Genney, Development Manager Choice Housing

Geraldine is a highly skilful coaching supervisor; I have greatly valued Geraldine’s support through supervision over the past 5 years. Her ability to provide non-judgemental feedback and to generate reflection in supervision sessions has broadened my self-awareness. Geraldine listens attentively and is present and supportive in sessions, creating a safe and trusting environment to discuss ethical issues and/or challenges that I have encountered. Geraldine gently challenges me to explore my coaching experiences to discover the best way to meet coaching objectives whilst always ensuring that my wellbeing has remained core focus throughout. Geraldine has championed me and actively encouraged my continual professional development; our supervision sessions have added another dimension to my own coaching practice.
Frances Neely MCIPD Executive & Life Coach & HR Consultant

Geraldine has been my coaching supervisor for over a year now having been recommended through an Advance Coaching course I was taking. As I was new to coaching, Geraldine needed to be extra supportive and encouraging which she was! After qualifying as an executive coach I continue to use Geraldine as my supervisor as I rolled out an internal coaching service in my organisation. Geraldine has a relaxed and supportive manner but is also challenging in a respectful way, allowing me space to reflect and develop. It was very easy to establish a great sense of rapport. Geraldine is a real professional and she has a wealth of experience in the field. With Geraldine being based in Belfast and me in Dublin, it may have been easier to pursue a local coaching supervisor but my decision was to stay with Geraldine due to the value and support I get from our supervision relationship. I would recommend Geraldine as a supervisor to anyone progressing coaching with clients.
