As one of the few Accredited Coach Supervisors in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and wider I can provide both individual or group supervision in a range of settings enabling coaches to reflect on coaching skills, their practice, any issues or concerns and learn new methods and coaching tools.
I ensure they are working ethically to a high standard of practice whilst supporting challenges and their own self-care.
Having trained in a Diploma in Advanced Reflexive Supervision it has given me applied knowledge of models of supervision that gives a framework and flexibility in approach in creating understanding of their own and clients contexts and emotions, enabling insights and learning at a deeper level.
In light of Covid-19 services can be adapted to be provided by telephone consultation or via Skype or Zoom.

Geraldine has been my coaching supervisor for over a year now having been recommended through an Advance Coaching course I was taking.
